Charles Fitzpatrick helps individuals, families, and small businesses in Ohio navigate bankruptcy
and achieve a fresh financial start. Licensed in Ohio, including the Northern and Southern
Districts, and Pennsylvania, Charles brings extensive experience in consumer and business
bankruptcy matters. He earned his Juris Doctor from Cleveland State University College of Law
while gaining hands-on experience at multiple Cleveland-area firms, and holds both an Master of
Business Administration and bachelor’s degree from Kent State University. Charles is currently
pursuing an LLM in Bankruptcy at St. John’s University to stay at the forefront of bankruptcy
law and ensure the best outcomes for his clients.
